Origin: Herdade da Ajuda, Hight Alentejo
Grape varieties: Ajuda white wine, is a wine produced from a selection of varieties of which are Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho.
Harvest and vinification: The grapes were harvested on a great period of maturity, providing the intensity aromatic, freshness and acidity desired. The fermentation was at controlled
temperature at 15°C for 21 days.
Colour: Color citrus.
Aroma: Apricot aromas well defined.
Palate: Surrounding , well balanced and excellent freshness.
Consumption Suggestion: Ajuda white, is a fresh summer wine, goes well with grilled fish dishes, white meats and salads. It should be served at a temperature of 10 º C.
