Created from Traditional Grapes from the Region, under a carefull vinification, this wine presents citric bright color, aromas of with flowers and pulp fruits, together with a well balanced and fresh mouth, with long nd intense acidity.


Alcohol: 13,5% v/v
Total Acidity: 4,5 g/L
Volatile Acidity: 0,28 g/L
pH: 3,5

Consumption: Ideal companion for Seafood and Fish , goes along very well with Grilled White Meat. Must be served between 6º - 8ºC.
