Tasting Notes

Traditional grapes from the Regions, it’s a wine fo ruby color, with aromas of red dark fruits. And hints of dark chocolate and vanilla, from aging in wood. In the mouth we find smoothness and ripe tannins, well balanced with a great and persistent
acidity.

Volatile Acidity: 0,62 g/L
pH: 3,5


Consumption: Perfect companion for Grilled and Roasted Meats, as well as Game and Cured Cheese. Must be served at 16ºC.
