Tasting Notes

Appearance: Clear.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Predominant in fresh red fruits, wild berries and hints of toasted grains.
Flavour: Fruity, soft, harmonious and persistent.

Winemaking: Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF.

When and how to drink: Goes well with soft cheeses, white meats and red meats slightly spicy. Consume at a temperature of 18 º C.
