Viticulture

Climate: A warm and temperate climate with a lot more rainfall in winter that in Summer. Average temperature is 16.5ºC with 569mm of annual rainfall.
Soil: Limestone-clay
Pruning: Double Royat and double Guyot
Age of vines: 10 years
 

Vinification

Early morning manual harvesting to small crates. After destemming the grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperatures of 21º-24ª.

Total sugar: 0,3 g/l
 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Clean aspect, intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Blackberry and ripe raspberries with hints of chocolate.
Palate: Fine and consistent tannins with a well-defined intense aftertaste.
Serving Suggestion: Should be consumed at a temperature of 18ºC.
Gastronomy: Wine with a great gastronomic versatility. To be enjoyed with all types of meat, pasta and cheese.
