Tasting Notes:
Colour: Presents an intense ruby colour.
Aroma: With a red berry and vanilla aroma.
Taste: Soft tannins and good acidity, providing it a long life.
Vinification: Produced using the traditional process of ageing in stainless steel vats with a fermentation temperature of approximately 28°C and 12 months ageing in small french and american oak barrels.
Analysis:
Alcohol strength: 13.5% vol.;
Total acidity: 6,6 g/l of tartaric acid;
PH: 3.53;
Residual sugar: 3.6 g/l.
Gastronomy: Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18º C, to accompany meat dishes and cheese plates.
Conservation: Bottles should be laid horizontally in a dark and ventilated location, with room temperature between 12 and 13° C and relative humidity of approximately 60%.
