wine to drinkyoung. It highlights the characteristics of youth by fresh fruity aromas and flavors.

Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Syrah

Vinification: Vinified wine in wine cellar and own vineyards surrounding the winery. After total stripping, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and slight maceration, with a touch of wood.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Garnet colour.
Aroma: With aroma of red currants and black plums.
Palate: Overall appears soft, with soft tannins and gentle but long persistent finish.

Gastronomy: Combine with red meat dishes and delicacies from silky texture and attractive as cheese.

Serve between 15 º - 16 º C.
