Vinification: Mechanical harvested during the night. Total destemming. Fermentation with controlled temperature (25ºC-28ºC) stainless steel vats. Maceration before fermentation during 48 h and after fermentation during 1 week
Ageing: 12 months in french oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Aroma: Deep and concentrated. Complex aroma of red berries with balsamic and earthy notes.
Palate: Rich and generous palate.
Matches with: Well-seasoned plates of Codfish, Black Pork, Mushrooms Risotto and Red Meat
