Pai Chão Red 2013

Campo Maior is a land touched by the hands, irrigated with feelings and harvested with the heart. Pai Chão is an homage by Comendador Rui Nabeiro to this land and this is his wine, only possible when nature surrenders itself to Man.

Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira

Tasting Notes

Colour: With a grenade colour.
Aroma: A bouquet marked by the sweet complexity of blackberries, liquorice, Dutch tobacco, black chocolate and roasted coffee.
Palate: In mouth, its freshness and structure create a surprise, showing solid but silky tannins, revealing an enormous evolution potential.

Serving suggestions: The structure of this wine requires consistent dishes, such as red meats or game.
