Grape varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

 

Physical and chemical properties:

Alcohol content: 12 %
Total acidity: 3,94g /dm3 (in tartaric acid)
pH: 3,61

Vinification: Static decantation for 36 hours followed by fermentation at 16ºC for 14 days.

Ageing: One month in bottle.

This is youthful, lively, and very fresh!
A rose-coloured, future oriented wine, combining the exceptional fruit at the Touriga-Nacional

Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC.

13.000 bottles were filled during this bottling.
