Grape varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional, 25%,Trincadeira and 25%,Alicante Bouchet


 

Physical and chemical properties:

Alcohol content: 14,5%
Total acidity: 6,00g /dm3 (in tartaric acid)
PH: 3,42

Vinification: Total crushing, fermentation at  28º C, followed by maceration during 2 months.

Ageing: Approximately 18 months in  French and American oak and  12 months in bottle.

 

Organoleptic properties:

Its a full-bodied wine and very complex, presenting final elegance and presistance.  The great structure of the soft tannins let the wine evolution in bottle go on during years.

Serve between 18ºC and 20ºC.

From this harvest selection were filled 3975 numerated bottles.
