Tasting Notes

Colour: Color Red.
Aroma: Varietal notes of Touriga with many flowers: Some violet, some bergamont and slightly peppered at the end.
Palate: Wine with elegant body, presents easy tannins and silky texture, acidity to the point and a medium ending. A young but well behaved wine at the table.
Preservation: Keep the bottle lying down in a cool, dry place.
Gastronomy: Ideal for meat dishes and baked fish , grilled meats and simple cheeses.
Temperature: Serve at a temperature of 14/16°.
